<p><strong>1.  Weight fluctuations are normal.</strong></p>
<p>Keep in mind that when you weigh yourself, you are literally weighing everything in you.  This includes water, undigested food as well as body waste that your body still has not gotten rid of.  Any change in these three factors contribute to your weight fluctuations.  So even if the weight of your body parts remain the same, you could still be seeing fluctuation due to these three factors.</p>
<p>If you are fond of consuming salty foods, you need to be aware that sodium allows your body to hold more water.
